What Is Female Ejaculation

Female ejaculation is prostate like fluid that is pushed out of the urethra (pee tube) which originates not from the bladder but from the Paraurethral / Skenes glands (female prostate- located under the g-spot area) during sexual arousal. Some fluid also comes from the kidneys passing through the bladder to mix with the fluid coming from the female prostate.

It is usually done during an orgasm, but not always. We review this in great detail in our female ejaculation movie and book. Just like a man can ejaculate and urinate out of his urethra (pee tube) so can a woman!

Two Female Sexual Response Fluids

The two types of female sexual response fluids (cum) are clinically termed as female prostate and vaginal ejaculation fluids. The one most commonly seen in our culture is vaginal ejaculate, which lubricates the vaginal walls and oozes out during sexual arousal. Called, leukorrhea, it contains vaginal secretions from walls of the vagina. It's the vagina's natural way of cleaning itself. It is slightly acidic to keep infections away.

Female prostate ejaculate is what we are referring to when describing female ejaculation and is less common, not because women are not capable, but rather due to lack of understanding of women's sexual health issues in this culture.

This ejaculate comes from the Skenes glands (the glands that make up the g-spot) and is similar to prostate fluid in men. This is because the female g-spot is essentially the equivalent to the prostate in males.

Female prostate ejaculate is what we are referring to when describing female ejaculate fluid and is less commonly seen in large amounts. This is not because women are not capable; rather it is due to lack of understanding of women's sexual health issues in this culture.

What Is In The Female Ejaculation Fluid?

Let me get the biggest myth out of the way- IT IS NOT URINE. Upon testing the liquid, scientists have found that it contains levels of glucose (sugar), and an enzyme (prostate acid phosphatase), which is characteristic of a major component in semen. It is similar to the prostate fluid within male ejaculation but without the sperm. There are also two other substances contained in the fluid, commonly found in urine (urea and creatinine), which are found in trace amounts. It is a unique substance, and unlike the heavier and thicker fluid that you would typically see when a woman is "wet" or has had an orgasm.

The fluid released during female ejaculation and urination are not the same however, they may share some of the same composition. Women who ejaculate have reported that the color, smell, consistency, and even taste can slightly vary from one time to the next. Diet, menstrual cycle and other such factors will influence the fluid.

However, one should note that unlike men, women can ejaculate and urinate at the same time so women should try urinating before sex play if they want to avoid getting the fluids confused.

The Importance of Getting Past Inhibitions

Before a woman can enjoy ejaculating, she must overcome any inhibitions she has about doing it. While men often pride themselves for how far and how much they ejaculate, women are often taught to repress that part of their sexuality.

Female ejaculation is a normal and natural part of women's sexuality. Just like men, women must be able to relax in order to become sexually aroused, and certainly must be willing to let go to expel ejaculate which is easily held back by clenching the Kegel muscles. It is important that a woman give herself permission to relax, let go and enjoy her sexuality, not just to female ejaculate, but to enjoy sex to the fullest.

A G-spot orgasm is NOT the sole contributor to female ejaculation!

The Facts About Female Ejaculation And Why Most Women Know About It

All women can learn to ejaculate as much as two cups of fluid and spray and squirt female ejaculation across the length of a room and our movie shows it! Oh sure, there are a lot of myths out there regarding this exquisite female sexual response. Some claim the whole premise of female ejaculation is untrue, others claim only "special" women are capable and still others try and tell you ridiculous techniques based on myths such as suggesting that women should tighten their Kegel (vaginal wall) muscles to make it happen. Then there are the skeptics that try and claim that it is pee (urine)!

These types of statements are simply untrue and something we review in great detail in our female ejaculation movie and book. While women have differences in their genitalia from other women (just as men do from one another) all women have the same equipment and are capable of squirting these lovely orgasmic, ejaculate juices with the right techniques. It is no different than all men being capable of ejaculating no matter the size or shape of their penis. The only reason that most people do not know about or understand how to achieve female ejaculation is from the sheer lack of understanding women’s sexuality.

Because most people (including the women that do it) do not know the elusive way female ejaculation works it has remained a mystery to many. Women often easily and unconsciously sabotage their chances for gushing female ejaculate. I teach all women and their partners to learn how to do it not just for the extreme pleasure it brings or the erotic visual demonstrations, but also because it is healthy and actually can aid in preventing disease! That is why this information is so incredible, and needed by the public!

I simplify and teach, not only effective techniques in my female ejaculation movie and book, but what the inhibitors are in preventing it from happening. The solutions and techniques that I provide not only reveal why most women don't experience female ejaculation, but why they don't have the best orgasms they can!

In the past, I have been frustrated when I have purchased sexual health books and videos that promise specifics and then disappoint when they give vague and/or inaccurate information that is not practical or useful. That is why I wrote the book and produced the video "The Art of Female Ejaculation," so that I could offer you specifics, accurate information and practical, step-by-step female ejaculation techniques to not only achieve female ejaculation (and learn why it is beneficial to a woman's health) but how to provide any woman with mind shattering orgasms! You can be confident that I provide the highest quality and quantity in my female ejaculation movie and book!

Most women don't have very fulfilling sex lives, and some don't even know what an orgasm feels like let alone female ejaculation. This is because women's sexuality has long been neglected, thus female ejaculation has not been discussed when it should have been in such settings as sex education classes.

When I first heard about female ejaculation I was in my late twenties. Being a sexually knowledgeable and adventurous woman as well as a psychotherapist specializing in sexual issues, I was shocked that I had never heard about it, let alone done it.

Congratulations on your Female Ejaculation DVD Lisa. It's of beautiful quality and the content is, as I'm sure you are aware, a unique blend of edification and honest, smoldering sensuality.

I personally discovered female ejaculation after having a very open and enlightening discussion with a girlfriend, whom told me that she did the "wildest thing" when she had an orgasm (and sometimes just when she was sexually aroused). I of course was very intrigued about this, and ended up asking her a lot of questions about how it happened for her. I then went to the Internet to find out more, and was met with a great deal of inaccurate, conflicting information about female ejaculation. What was a chick to do? I wanted to know more about it, and most importantly at the time, I wanted to know if I could do it too. I began a mission of researching through medical journals, interviews with physicians, sex therapists and my clients who came to me for psychotherapy.

After all my research, and developing a few theories of my own, I decided that I simply had to try to see if I could do it. I am happy to say that I did it during my first attempt through masturbating. It was so simple! There were a few things that I learned and did in preparation that made it possible and there are a lot of things I learned along the way which turned into a 150 page book and 90 minute video! For the sake of keeping this article and not a book, let me give you a quick overview of how female ejaculation occurs so that you get a general idea of how all of this works. First let’s get the myths out of the way and review what is true and untrue about it.

You may be wondering "If all women are capable of female ejaculation, then why is it that many women have never done it?" This is a very good question, and is easily explained. Let’s begin with reviewing some basic information about the female anatomy to better understand how this works.

Where Does Female Ejaculation Come From?

Female ejaculation is a fluid that is pushed out of the urethra (pee tube/hole- just like urine) however, unlike urine it comes from the Paraurethral/Skenes glands (located under and making up the G-Spot) during sexual arousal. This is essentially a female prostate.

There has been debate about whether women have a prostate or not even though in 1672 Reinier De Graaf described it as a collection of functional glands and ducts surrounding the female urethra. He said the glands and ducts produced transparent juice to lubricate the vaginal area.

Western medicine has been a bit more stubborn in it's acknowledgment, but finally came around in 2001 when the Federative Committee on Anatomical Terminology agreed to use the term “female prostate” in their Histology Terminology.

The female prostate had been referred to as either the paraurethral or Skene’s glands. Most physicians have stayed in the dark about women's sexuality and particularly about the female prostate. They felt the female prostate was not a necessary role in reproduction and it was thus, unimportant. As a woman, I can assure you it is important and women's sexuality deserves to be valued, studied and taught.

When the female prostate has become enlarged or caused discomfort it was called female urethral diverticulum or female prostatitis. Many urinary tract infections (UTIs) have been incorrectly diagnosed and treated due to this disregard for the female prostate.

The Female Prostate

Urethral ejaculate comes from the G-spot (Female Prostate) which is the equivalent of the prostate in males. During early fetal development both male and female fetuses start out being female. During the eighth week of gestation the male fetus begins to produce hormones that begin the process of forming the genitals and affects brain functioning. This means the tissue that develops into the male prostate gland, the urogenital sinus, is also present in women and it where the G-spot is located.

De Graaf described the "female prostate" in Western medical literature. He described it as a collection of functional glands and ducts surrounding the female urethra and said the glands and ducts produced a "pituitoserous juice;" meaning it produces a thick mucous that is pale yellow or transparent in color. He described the function of this fluid as making "women more libidinous with its pungency and saltiness and lubricates their sexual parts in agreeable fashion during coitus."

The Female Prostate Glands vs. The Bladder

The paraurethral glands are about half an inch in diameter and 1.5 inches in length, so fitting two cups of ejaculate in that area seems improbable. However, the paraurethral glands may have the capacity to fill and empty at a rapid rate, and that would explain the large volumes of fluid measured by some investigators. It could also be a combination of fluid that comes from the kidney's, passes through the bladder and mixes with the fluid from the female prostate, which is what I would lean toward. However, as I will discuss further, there are a lot of factors still being debated on this topic.

It is possible for a woman to ejaculate a considerable amount of fluid without it being urine or liquid from the bladder directly from the female prostate. Other researchers feel strongly that the liquid originates in the bladder or kidneys alone. What is known, is that it is not urine.

The tissue surrounding the urethra is labeled as the "urethral sponge;" the paraurethal glands are imbedded in this tissue. This or the bladder (pending further research) is where all the juicy female ejaculation liquid is created when a woman is sexually aroused. Stimulation of the female prostate (Paraurethral) glands is done by simply stimulating the g-spot, and there are oh so many pleasureful ways to do that.

The urethra fills with blood during sexual arousal, as is the case in a male. This results in the tissue becoming firm to the touch; kinda like a female hard-on, but on the inside.

There have been clinical tests where a woman's bladder is drained of urine before sexual stimulation and exists ejaculation. Even though the women's bladders had been drained, they were found to expel anywhere from 50 ml to 900 ml of fluid into a catheter bag. This has lead researchers to conclude that at least some of the liquid must come from the bladder.

This can all seem a bit confusing until you think of it this way… men have urine and cum exit out their urethra and that is similar to female ejaculation for a woman.

More Research Is Needed

Some researchers, like Dr. Gary Schubach have stated in his research that the majority of the female ejaculation originates in the bladder, but the expelled fluid is not quite normal urine. In his research a woman's bladder was emptied using a catheter prior to orgasm. During orgasm a catheter was in place and connected to a collection bag. Analysis of the fluid expelled during orgasm is the basis for his claim.

An oversight to this approach is that the bladder sphincter is normally closed. If it were not, liquid in the bladder would simply come out at any time. By creating an artificial passage and collecting the fluid expelled from the bladder during pelvic muscles contractions is just part of the picture and does not explore if during orgasm this passage normally exists, even if only for a moment.

Some speculate that female ejaculate originates from the kidneys in large volumes which could hold some validity in that magnetic resonance imaging has captured increased fluid in the kidneys when a woman is aroused. Combining this fluid with the fluid that is expelled from the female prostate glands would compliment the lab tests on the fluid.

Therefore, this is an excellent theory and one that should be delved into more through testing such as ultra sound monitoring.

The bladder theory is just one theory and is assumed to be true because doctors are confused about how the fluid can come from the skenes glands (the g-spot) as it could not hold as much as 2 cups of fluid. Thus, they reason that it must come from the bladder.

However, the theory that I lean toward is that it does indeed come from the kidneys and Skenes glands. It is still a controversy and because there have not been any recent studies that I have seen that give absolute proof... it is difficult to say which of the theories is correct with 100% accuracy.

How Much Ejaculate Comes Out?

Most women can gush as much as 1.5 - 2 cups of the fluid when ejaculating. However this can be affected by how hydrated a woman is, how much she pushes while ejaculating, and other factors.

The female prostate comes in many different shapes and sizes but the majority of women have a prostate that is positioned near the external urethra and can expel similar amounts of fluid.

Why Don't Most Women Know About It Or Do It?

Female ejaculation is not difficult; as I said earlier, its techniques are just not known about by many. Because women typically don't know about the elusive reasons they are not doing it, they are usually sabotaging their chances for gushing female ejaculate when they are having an orgasm.

One of the main reasons that women do not know they can do it is because women will often feel like they need to urinate when they are ready to expel the ejaculate and because they think that urine will come out, which it will not, they hold back. You see the G-Spot (Skenes Glands) fill up with the female ejaculate fluid and this puts pressure on the urethra (pee tube) thus, making it feel like she has to urinate when in actuality she could ejaculate if she simply pushed instead of holding back.

There are sure-fire methods, techniques and ways to achieve it as well as overcome inhibitors, yet the issue of holding back for fear of urinating is a big factor for many women. The ejaculation techniques that I have begun training thousands of women and their partners have been quite effective and not only allow for amazing ejaculations but will also intensify any type (women are capable of eight) of orgasm to mind blowing levels.

Are There Health Problems For Women Who Do It?

No, in fact that is one of the reasons I am so passionate about teaching women and their partners about female ejaculation because unlike what many think, there is nothing abnormal or unhealthy about it.

It is actually good for you much like the benefits of prostate massage for men. Because it cleanses the urethra it can also PREVENT UTI's (Urinary Tract Infections).

Did you know that thousands of women each year are told that a normal female sexual response such as female ejaculation is a medical problem (incontinence, which it is not) or something that they should be ashamed of as they are thought to be maliciously urinating on their partner(s)?

It's simply ridiculous! So many OBGYNs who should know better, are erroneously telling patients that female ejaculation is not possible... yet did you ever ask them what education they were provided on women's sexual responses... go ahead ask... most are not provided with an education on women's sexual functioning regarding female ejaculation or other such topics while earning their doctorate.

Personally, I think it is a disgrace that our Universities and Colleges are neglecting women's sexual health. I challenge them to rethink their curriculum and start educating their physicians on this important issue! That is why many OBGYNs have been ordering my video and book to educate themselves and their patients!

Michael Williams, MD, OBGYN from Evansville, IN told me that he was thankful that I was offering accurate information on female ejaculation. I think that most doctors shy away from this topic in particular (even when they know how it works) because they fear being associated with porn, being that is one of the only places you will hear about it. Dr. Williams and I agreed on all clinical points and it was frustrating to think that even professionals in the porn industry could make videos on it but had no clue as to how it happens!

Take Seymore Butts for example. Here is a man who has great success in making porn videos and made two on female ejaculation... Squirters I & II. I watched them both as part of my research for my book and I was so disappointed in the clinical aspects that I decided to make a video too! His video was completely inaccurate as to why women ejaculate, despite some of the sexy ejaculation scenes. He simply hired a woman (Alisha Klass) who already was able to female ejaculate to show it, but neither had a clue how she was doing it.

Because women can gush as much as two cups of ejaculate, many people think that it must be urine. Often women who do not know what is happening (and there are many) are embarrassed, confused and find it to be of great concern. It does not help that most health practitioners are not informed about it as many women are being told they require surgery and/or psychotherapy for this normal female sexual response!

If there is one thing that I can stress, it is that female ejaculation is not only visually erotic, but it feels incredible to do it. The kind of sexual release that a woman feels from this powerful gush coming from her sweet pussy is like no other.

Skeptics-

Often times, when people find our site, they are convinced that female ejaculation is pee (urine) and that our video clips are just women peeing. This is NOT the case. Female ejaculation is very real, scientific studies that are mentioned in my book The Art of Female Ejaculation and our female ejaculation movie document that it is not pee, but rather similar to prostate fluid which comes from the Skenes glands.

My comment to those skeptics out there is the following-

Considering we all thought the earth was flat and other such nonsense not that long ago, I find it quite humorous that people suspect female ejaculation to be as erroneous as a woman peeing. Considering the lack of previous study of women's sexuality until recent years, I find it rather presumptuous of people to think that if it were true we would all have been educated about it long ago.

You may recall that once upon a time, we were hanging women for being a witch just because she expressed an interest in sexuality, so while the feminist movement did help women's sexual issues become more acceptable and we have come a long way... we have a lot further to go.

My female ejaculation movie and book break through many of the female ejaculation myths and finally provide the truth about this wonderful sexual experience!

How Does It Happen?

There are simple and practical techniques that Lisa shares in The Art Of female Ejaculation so that you can learn not only more about it but how to do it! Now you can not only know sure fire techniques to bring a woman to orgasm, but combine it with female ejaculation techniques that will intensify any orgasm to mind blowing levels!

If you are a sexual partner to a woman and you want to bring pleasure to her that will absolutely blow her mind... then seek no further, you have found your ultimate resource in The Art Of Female Ejaculation!

Is Female Ejaculation Real?

I can't tell you how many times web site visitors call and ask the same question... "Is this for real?" Yes, it is!

Having been a psychotherapist for years I decided to teach what I knew of female ejaculation to the public as I was shocked to find that most people are not educated about it, including physicians. It was incredible to me that in this day and age people still think it is urine or fake!

It was during my research for my book and video The Art of Female Ejaculation, that I developed unique theories as to how ALL women could easily achieve it through specific techniques alone or with a partner.

My book and video are the ONLY places you will find everything about it- from what it is, how it works, as well as techniques to achieve it. The reason is that not only do we provide the physical aspects of this beautiful sexual experience, but we also review the psychological aspects of inhibitors that can keep a women from fully exploring her sexuality as well as experiencing female ejaculation.

Too often those who make Better Sex Videos forget to look at the "whole" person when teaching sexual techniques and neglect that things like performance anxiety, perceptions and attitudes toward one's body and sexuality can impact sexual functioning.

We address it all and thus is why we call our company... Holistic Wisdom as we see that you are more than your genitals... you are a whole person that needs to have ALL of your sexuality addressed, not just the physical part.

You will not find this amount of accurate female ejaculation information and erotic demonstrations anywhere else!
