Additional Shipping Costs Due to the fluctuation of International shipping costs we will review your order after you place it to make sure we provide the least expensive means of shipping. However, the shipping costs may be more than what was originally charged so you may see two charges on your card but you will receive a receipt for both via eMail. If there is a need to charge additional shipping we will simply charge your card unless it exceeds $50, then we will contact you via eMail to get your approval. We do not ship using Fed Ex for International orders, and International Orders over $200.00 will be sent UPS and additional shipping charges will apply. Ordering Terms-

International Orders May Not Have A Different Shipping Address
Due to the high cost of phone verification of International orders we will only ship items to the billing address associated with the credit card once that is verified.

Are Our Products Legal In Your Country?
All duties and taxes on shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. We expect our customers to know customs regulations in their countries, and Holistic Wisdom, Inc. will not be responsible for shipments detained or seized by customs.

Order Returned Due To Your Address, Failure To Pay Customs Or Pick Up-
If we made an error in printing your shipping address, we will reship the order to you with no further cost to you. If you have provided us with the wrong shipping address or one that is not deliverable by our normal shipping means or you refuse to pay customs fees or arrange to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will require you to pay to have your order reshipped once we receive it back in addition to any shipping charges we incur from your failure to ensure your package arrives to its destination after we have shipped it.

Extra Bank Information
We require that when you place your order with us that you use not only the billing address and verification number on the back of your card associated with the account, we also require that you use the phone number associated with the account so that we can verify it with the credit card company. In addition to this, we may require that you provide us with the bank address and phone number that issued the card so that we can contact them directly. Please note that in order to ship a order we must be able to verify that the card holder made the purchase and times may vary on how long it takes your bank or you to confirm this information.

International Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed, shipping takes approximately 10-20 business days (depending on where you are located in the world). Please note that depending on where you live it can take longer.

Orders By Check-
Orders made by check via PayPal or by mail will have to wait until the check clears before we can ship the merchandise. This can take as long as 3 - 7 business days depending on your bank.

Mail Orders
We do not accept foreign currency or money orders. All money orders or checks MUST be in US currency.

Is My Credit Card Safe?
This Transaction Is SECURE. We use a 3rd party company- Card Services International/LinkPoint, they are one of the most reputable credit card companies on the web. They stake their reputation on providing safe and secure online transaction services, so you can feel safe knowing that we only use the best, most secure methods to process your credit card.

Why Do We Need Your eMail Address?
Your eMail will remain private, we simply need it to send your receipt. We DO NOT send unsolicited eMails or Mail. We WILL NOT sell your eMail or Physical address.

We Ship Discreetly
Your order will be shipped DISCREETLY as H.W., Inc. and your credit card will show Holistic Wisdom, Inc. We know that when ordering certain products that it is what our customers expect. We ship using plain boxes and bubble mailers.

Combining Two Orders
If you place more than one order online we cannot lower your shipping cost once the orders have already been placed as the funds will have already been withdrawn from your account. If you wish to place an order after you just placed one, we ask that you call to add the second one so that we can manually process the second order and provide a shipping discount if we can combine them.

Correct Phone Number & Address
You must use the phone number associated with your credit card to process your order. We need this so that we can confirm that you are indeed the card holder. Failure to do this may result in us holding or canceling your order. If your order is held because you have not provided us with the correct information that matches what your credit card company has on file, you will not entitled to a refund for a rush order fee. Addresses are copied into our shipping system using the one you provide when placing the order. If a package is returned because it was entered incorrectly by you when you placed your order, then you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Sexual Health Products
When you order a product from us that is sexual in nature, you confirm that:
You are 18 years of age or older. It is legal for you to possess adult material where you live. You are not violating any laws by ordering from us. You will not allow minors to have access to any adult material you purchase. You understand and accept responsibility for your own actions and release Holistic Wisdom, Inc. and our service providers from all liability for your purchase and accessing our web site(s).

Signature Confirmation
Any International order will require a signature confirmation, please provide a shipping address that will allow for this.

Shipping Turn Around Time
Our standard turn around time to get a product on it's way to you is less than 48 business hours plus mailing time. Our cut off for shipping standard orders the same day it was ordered is 2pm MST.

Occasionally we have items that have to be reordered (backordered). This usually only takes a matter of days to receive a new shipment from the manufacturer. If you need an item by a certain date, you should call or eMail us and make sure we have it in stock to ensure it gets there in time.

Overnight Shipping
This is not available for International orders.

Credit Card Verification
With the amount of credit card fraud today, we are very careful about processing orders to ensure the safety and confidentiality of our customers as well as protecting our own company. In addition to using a completely secure credit card processing shopping cart online and secure processing system through phone orders, we double check information on each individual order. What many people do not realize is that while customers can usually get their money back from false charges, the credit card companies not only make the merchant pay for the charge, but charge fees. Therefore, you can imagine that we as the merchant take credit card fraud very seriously as ultimately we are the financial victims.

Site Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Right To Refuse Orders
An electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Holistic Wisdom, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
